Andorra Endavant believes that the BPA Case collapses justice and Concordia criticizes the lack of information
The president of the parliamentary group Andorra Endavant , Carine Montaner , has raised her voice to criticize the lack of transparency in the management of the BPA case . Montaner stressed that, despite the repeated requests for data, neither the councilors nor their group have been able to access the key information provided by the AREB (State Agency for the Resolution of Banking Institutions).
"The former BPA agreed to present the accounts, but the AREB does not give them" , declared Montaner , adding that if the excuses are the data protection law, "then let's change it" .
