THE MANAGEMENT OF THE communication campaign for the Association Agreement with the European Union has become a matter of growing concern for the opposition to the Andorran Government . The leader of the opposition, Cerni Escalate , was interviewed on the SER channel ,where he expressed strong criticism of the lack of transparency and impartiality of the "yes" campaign. According to Escalé , 1.2 million euros have been allocated to the communication of this Agreement without having carried out any impact study on the consequences of the agreement with the EU.
The president of Concordat also denounced the collaboration with the company AMT Communicant , directed by Alvarado Monolith , currently under investigation for alleged electoral fraud in Spain . "Hiring a company accused of corruption, that's what we're talking about," the opposition leader declared.
Escalate referred to the investigation opened by judge Isabel Calahorra Garcia , which has already determined that some practices within the Catalan Football Federation (FCF) , where Montoliu is also involved, are illegal .
