 The BPA case once again occupies the media and political spotlight in Andorra after the brothers Higini and Ramon Cierco, former owners of Banca Privada d'Andorra (BPA), contacted the Government to propose a law amnesty​

This initiative, which recalls the model applied in Spain to resolve the situation of pro-independence leaders , seeks to grant amnesty to all those involved in the judicial cases arising from the intervention of BPA , both in the criminal and administrative spheres.
